The reason for the loose plate phenomenon of the die-cutting machine

Apr 14, 2020

The integrated die-cutting machine uses steel knives, metal molds, steel wires (or stencils carved from steel plates) to apply a certain pressure through the embossing plate to roll and cut the printed product or cardboard into a certain shape. It is an important equipment for post-press packaging processing.

1. When the die-cutting plate is made, if the shape of the work piece is messy or there are a lot of work pieces, and the die-cutting connection points are small and few, it is very simple to form a loose plate during die-cutting. At this moment, the number of connecting points should be appropriately added. If possible, the length of the job should be kept different from the direction of paper transport.

2. The quality of other die-cut prints is also one of the reasons for the loose version. If the paper quality of the printed matter is too poor and the fiber is too short, it may appear loose during the die-cutting process. At this moment, the die-cutting speed can be reduced, and the number of connecting points can be appropriately added.
